My Video/Audio project was a mashup between different clips I felt were (audio/video) juxtapositions in one way or another (which therefore created a certain harmony between the two).

Teppei’s Cool Journey in Google Maps!

Teppei “The Psycho”

Teppei grew up in the suburbs of the East Hamptons. His Parents were filthy rich, and he had a trust fund that would make Larry Page blush. His whole life he grew up in luxury and a family who were pompous perfectionists. This later would drive Teppei to madness, however he was extremely passive aggressive and only let out his psychotic side where there would be no “witnesses”. This psychotic side was a sort of alter-ego which he named “Bateman”. Whenever “Bateman” showed himself there would always be casualties. Bateman was just returning from a dark alley in which he ran into Kazuko, when he bumped into Isaac.

Project #1 Mr.T and MOOGLE/ firebug

Using Firebug I came up with different themes to modify a simple website such as Google, not only aesthetically but in concept as well. I was inspired to do the “Mr.T” not only because he’s such an iconic figure of humor, but because the sort of visual intensity he brings. I saw that Google was visually simplistic and easy on the eye so to play with that notion I wanted to create a sort of contrast with “Mr.T”
For the second one I did a little wordplay and changed the name Google, into the popular role-playing game character from Final Fantasy: Moogle.
